This return policy only applies to customers who order jewelry, apparel and other fashion accessories products on this site.
You can cancel your order and get a full refund before you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please contact doucejewelry@outlook.com to confirm that the package has been shipped before cancelling. If you cancel or refuse delivery after the order is shipped, we cannot intercept or cancel the shipped order, hope you can understand.
Return Time:
Our return period is 15 days. If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. Customers can contact us within 15 days after receiving the goods. If you receive defective or damaged goods, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Logistics may not have been updated before shipping to your area. If you want to cancel the order, please contact doucejewelry@outlook.com for confirmation. If the package has not been shipped, we will cancel the order for you after confirmation. If the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the package for you. We are sorry that we cannot control the package that has been shipped, and hope you understand.
Note: Returns are only processed when the item is returned to us, no exceptions, we cannot process returns if the package is still in transit.

You can mail the goods to us by yourself. The cost is determined by the logistics provider you choose. We do not bear the cost and tariffs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

How to Return
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return any product to our warehouse without our approval.

Step 2. Take video/photos of all packaging and items.
Step 3. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Step 4. After receiving the item, we will inspect the item and process your refund. It may take an additional 7 business days to fully process your return and issue a refund after delivery. You will be notified once the refund is issued.
